About Grove Therapy

 Welcome to Grove Therapy in the heart of Navan town. Grove Therapy was founded by Sandra Smith MIACP in 2020, who recognised a need for more Mental Health supports locally. 

Grove Therapy is a safe and confidential space in which mental and emotional wellbeing is our main focus. Sandra has worked as a psychotherapist in SOSAD Navan since 2017. She has also worked with AWARE as a Life Skills Online Mentor and is working as a counsellor for MensAid Ireland.
